Sustainable Directions Internships

You're a young adult in the latter years of high school (or early college). You know the world is changing, and that's exciting. You want to be part of the change and to help create it, too, but you're not sure how to start. An internship is a great way to begin.

Triskeles has connections with a large group of individuals and organizations that have committed to share their experiences with the next generation. We link young people with a suitable mentor in an interesting business or not-for-profit and provide training and guidance to make the internship as productive as possible. We monitor, follow up, and evaluate the experience during and after the internship with both the students and mentors.

These internships are terrific first ‘green’ jobs. Your internship is an impressive experience to note on your résumé, is a great topic to write about for college essays, and can make you stand out on your college applications. Most of all, however, these internships are real experiences that teach you a lot about yourself and the skills you will need to succeed in the world.
